As we are a small hotel and all our rooms are individual so we ask for a £10 per person per night deposit that is not normally refundable For a full list of our booking conditions please click the link below: We have a strict no smoking policy inside the hotel and we ask all our guests to respect the peaceful ambience of our hotel and setting. We do not normally accept dogs/pets in the hotel rooms as we have a family susceptibility to asthma. The peaceful ambience of the hotel and 1.5 acres of grounds are unsuitable for young boisterous children but we can accept well behaved children and can provide a cot and facilities for babies. |

Superior Rooms For those of you wanting that something special then we have three Superior rooms, including two four poster rooms—all with all those special touches you get as standard.
For those romantic getaways Room 5 has a luxurious, draped four-poster bed with stylish tub chairs around a coffee table overlooking the gardens. Colonial reproduction furniture complements this special room that has a luxury en-suite bathroom featuring an old fashioned ‘slipper bath’ and separate shower. £50 per person per night B&B (£47.50pppn for three nights).
Room 2 has a light and airy 'Empire' four poster bed (special but without the drapes) and a sofa you can relax on while watching the wildlife in the gardens. It has a full en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower over. £45 pppn B&B (£42.50pppn for three nights) .
Room 1 is a beautiful Laura Ashley papered light and airy room with your own sofa and the benefit of being on the ground floor with access through French Windows in to the walled gardens. With a comfortable sofa, period furniture and a king sized reproduction sleigh bed it has a large en-suite shower room. £45 pppn B&B (£42.50 pppn for three nights)

Standard Rooms
We have four beautiful and individual standard rooms all with colour t.v. beverage tray, alarm radio, hair dryer and toiletries. At bedtime you will appreciate the luxury of our new cotton rich satin striped linen. Each has a full en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail and 100% cotton towels. Rooms 3 (period double bed) & Room 4 (king sized sleigh bed) take advantage of the outlook across the lawned gardens while Room 7 is particularly quiet and overlooks the rear garden with twin beds complemented by period furniture. Rooms 3 & 7 are £37.50 pppn B&B (£35 pppn for three nights). Room 4 is £40 pppn (£37.50 pppn for three nights).
Room 8 is a large stylish room full of light having a distinctly continental feel with its striking Laura Ashley paper and period painted furniture. The double aspect windows overlook our magnificent ancient magnolia to the front and the village while the leather tub chairs and beverage table allow you to fully enjoy this special room. Single (Small Double) Room 6 We have one relatively small double room overlooking the front of the hotel with a full en-suite shower room at £50 for one person - we can let this out as a budget double at £32.50 pppn (no further discounts).
